In the April issue, in the article “Combined Preoperative Topical Atropine Sulfate 1% and Intracameral Nonpreserved Epinephrine Hydrochloride 1:2500 for Management of Intraoperative Floppy-Iris Syndrome,” the dilution of epinephrine hydrochloride in the title and in the second sentence of the second paragraph is incorrect. It should be 1:4000 instead of 1:2500. The correct title of the article is “Combined Preoperative Topical Atropine Sulfate 1% and Intracameral Nonpreserved Epinephrine Hydrochloride 1:4000 for Management of Intraoperative Floppy-Iris Syndrome” and the correct sentence, “Shugar's experience suggests that the weakened and possibly denervated dilator muscle of the iris can be stimulated by epinephrine hydrochloride at a 1:4000 dilution … .”
